Great Western Levels (1882)

We are happy to announce the release of the next instalment of our Great Western Levels project: Great Western Levels (1882). This route had been on-hold due to lack of broad gauge stock, but now it is unlikely that stock will be finished (or provided to us), we have taken the decision to release the route anyway.

Due to circumstances out of our control, there are several unresolvable issues which you may encounter. These should not impact enjoyment, but please bear them in mind before sending us a support request! These can be found on the route page.

With the same requirements as our hugely popular Great Western Levels (1902) route, this route is a must-download for anyone interested in the weird and wonderful early era of our railways. If another developer produces more Broad Gauge GWR stock, we will make scenarios for the route and possibly backdate it to an 1872 or 1862 condition with signalling (and no standard gauge). Even if not, there are several good runs to be had with standard gauge GWR, LSWR, MR, LBSCR, and other companies of your choosing!

The route and unfinished locomotives/stock can be downloaded from the route page here.

Thank you so much for your patience with this project.
